About Me
I work as a software designer and information technology consultant, currently specializing in manufacturing IT and industrial automation. I also do programming and consultancy work related to the legacy OS/2 platform.
I also have an ongoing interest in type design and typography. I have designed several fonts, some of which are freely available.
In addition, I spent a number of years teaching English to elementary and junior high school students in northeastern Japan's Fukushima Prefecture.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Science from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada; and a Master's degree from Keio University's Graduate School of Media Design in Yokohama, Japan.
